Ben arrived on time as scheduled. He smoothly and efficiently checked my furnace and gas fireplace. Ben thoroughly cleaned my fireplace and kindly showed me the part on my fireplace screen that interacts with the fireplace remote controller. That really helps - I was having a little trouble with remote. I see now that I was sometimes partially blocking the spot on the screen to which remote transmits.
