Scheduled a month in advance for AC tune up and plumbing for the same day. AC guy shows up and he doesn’t do plumbing. Have him call to find out when and if the plumbing guy would be coming and they have no idea so they schedule it for later that afternoon and no one shows up again. Call to reschedule another day and no one shows up again. Call to reschedule again and 30 minutes before the window for the appointment expires I call them and they have made another mistake. Each time they blame the new system. Four times we took time out of our schedule and waited for no one to show up. Finally this last time they said that they were going to have someone call us regarding our service and no one has called. What a surprise. Can’t imagine what will happens if we have an emergency and really need them to come out how reliable will they be? I asked to cancel our program and asked for a refund and nobody has contacted us. So bad.
