Walter was great. Very courteous and welcoming. Even though he was held up on another job, he made contact that he is delayed, as did the company Bayonet. As he arrived he didn’t delay and went straight to the work on servicing the AC units. Afterwards he went though the service applied and ask if there was anything else I needed. I hope to get Walter to service my units again.
