Our heat exchanger had stopped working which meant no air conditioning. Bayonet sent out Walter Anglin the same day I called. Walter quickly identified the problem and explained it to us. He was very knowledgeable and hard working. He didn't rush through the job - he was very thorough. We appreciate the great service we received.

Thank you so much to Walter @ Bayonet for fixing my Air Condition problem. Hot air was coming out in A/C mode and apparently it was related to a thermostat issue. Walter was very thorough checking all aspects of the unit, including the air filter, even after he fixed the problem. very courteous and professional!

Alejandro Consuegra Rojas is a comprehensive professional HVAC mechanic and technician. He inspected the furnace and cooling unit as well all of the external drainage system, and even repaired an unknown leak in an external drainage line. Alejandro explained all steps taken. Lastly, Alejandro changed the internal temperature prior to working and reset the room temperature back to its original temperature degrees when he finished. Alejandro took all of the safety precautions, mask-wearing, which I appreciated during this current Covid-19 pandemic. My wife and I are pleased. He is welcomed back for future visits.
