JR provided very good advice, explained options as well as pros and cons and pricing. His communication was on point and very professional, and JR performed a very good job installing the automated water shutoff valve. I highly recommend JR as an individual and TE Certified as a company. The entire service process works front to end from inquiring to scheduling to executing.
