Tyler and his crew took out a defective fireplace insert and replaced it with a new one. We have an 18 foot field stone fireplace and we were concerned that the final product would be blemished in some way. But we were beyond thrilled with Tyler’s craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the process. We were amazed with the final result. They replaced the insert and liner and put back stones perfectly. This was a massive undertaking and took four days. We were told up front about the price and the process and there were no surprises. The owner was also helpful when we talked with him about the insert. Tyler and his crew were courteous, prompt, precise and kept us informed every step of the way. It was in incredible experience!
