Dispatched for furnace tune-up. The components that are tested during the tuneup are heat exchanger, flame sensor, igniter, blower wheel, inducer, temp split and combustion in the heat exchanger. All components of the furnace are with in range of manufacture specifications. Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set up for combustion analysis temperature split and static pressure tests. Verified operation of all mechanical and electronic components of the furnace. Checked blower for cleanliness and to see if there is any play in the bearings. Checked systems heat exchanger to ensure proper venting of flue gas. Performed an electronic gas leak search. Furnace is functioning properly at this time.

Dispatched for annual AC tuneup. At arrival system is operating. During the tuneup, I checked compressor, fan and capacitor. Also, during the inspection we checked pressures, static pressure, and temperature split. All components of the AC are all operating with manufacturer specs. Went for an AC inspection today. Filter is clean. Static pressure test passed. Temperature split between the supply and return duct passed. Evaporator coil is clean and rust free. Blower motor amperage passed. Outside unit is clean. Refrigerant pressures met factory specifications. Compressor and fan motor amperage passed. Capacitor passed as well.
