Customer called us out for an opener install. When I arrived on site, I noticed he did have a light duty commercial door, during my inspection of the door. All of my suspicions were confirmed based off of tapered name with track the thickness of the door and the size of the springs that were mounted above the door, that all confirmed it is a light duty commercial door, which does require a commercial opener. Typed up an estimate for a commercial opener, Customer decided to move forward with it
