Dryer vent clean only
For this job, I was performing routine maintenance on an air conditioner and furnace. Refrigerant levels looked good and compressor and fan were operating at acceptable levels. All wiring and electronic equipment, pressure switches and hoses are working well within manufacture specifications. We do have high static pressure And Brian has been made aware, but we will do nothing about it at this time. We are looking at .8 without filter and above 1.1 with filter, maximum is .5. Wash the outside condenser and change the filter. Everything was operating well upon departure. Thank you for choosing LBA! - Walker
Full system install monday. Thank you for choosing LBA services!
Full system. Re-insulate line set
Installed Smart AC sensors
Customer called for system pumping odor into home. Inspected full system as well as inspect attic for cause of odor with no success. I can definitely smell something but cannot pin point origin of odor. Tested all supply voltage lines and found no irregularities. No burnt wires or smoke stains on any of the equipment or in home. Odor was more present in attic but unsure if odor is coming from attic space or it’s warmer so the smell is more profound. Advised customer to monitor and report back and let us know if the smell disappears or not.
Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set system for cooling. Measured the systems static pressure measured a temperature split between return and supply air. Found that the system is operating with failing static pressure. Checked interior of the furnace for cleanliness. Found that the fan for heating and cooling is starting to collect dust. Went outside and verified refrigerant levels. Verified operation of all electronic and mechanical components. Rinsed coil free of debris. Spoke with homeowner about the system. Air conditioning system is operational at this time.
Came to check system after replacing blower motor, customer as insure if home was cooling, by the time we both made it to the home it had dropped in temp.
Customer called for no cool. Upon arrival found furnace responsive to call for cooling but not outdoor unit. Found there was no line voltage. Breaker had tripped while customer was out of town, she stated it’s happened before. Recommended installing a hard start kit and we did to help lower starting amps and prevent breaker from tripping. Customer also signed up for Perfect Service Family Club. Thank you!
Replaced blower motor for customer, system is up and operating normally again. Checked refrigerant pressures, pressures looked good. Thank you!

Customer called for no cool. System had froze yesterday/this morning and they shut system off until we could arrive, indoor temp was 91 upon arrival. Started system and it appears to be operating normally but blower sounds like it’s not moving much air, tested blower motor and found we are over by a full amp. We will be returning to replace the blower motor tomorrow, unfortunately we did not have proper motor on van.
Install filter door
Dispatched for no cool. At arrival the system had a call for cooling. After a thorough inspection of the system it was discovered to have a failed capacitor. All other components of the ac all look to be within manufacture specifications. Thank you for allowing us in your house to provide the perfect home service from your LBA Service tech Calvin.
