Went for a maintenance call today. Tested for static system is failing when in cool. Temp split was failing at first did clean condenser. Refrigerant levels are within range. Fan motor amperage is running close to max. Capacitor is failing. Did replace capacitor system is up and running. Did have a supervisor come out to give solutions for customer. Arrived to do a dual system performance maintenance. Set each system for cooling. Measured both systems static pressure measured a temperature split between return and supply air. Found that the upstairs system is operating with failing static pressure. Reached out to a field supervisor to finsih the diagnosis on this system. Went outside and verified refrigerant levels. Verified operation of all electronic and mechanical components. Rinsed coils free of debris. Went back inside and checked interior of the furnaces for cleanliness. Spoke with homeowner about the system. Air conditioning systems are operational at this time.

Installed two new furnace and did check out on systems.

Arrived to remedy an inoperable system. Found that the tip of the condensation line had frozen. Cleared this blockage and the system started up as designed. Spoke with homeowner and started a performance maintenance. Set up for combustion analysis temperature split and static pressure tests for each system. Found that the main system is operating with failing static pressure. Verified operation of all mechanical and electronic components of each furnace. Found that the inducer in each furnace is leaking. Cleaned the flame sensors and retested their performance. Checked blowers for cleanliness and to see if there is any play in the bearings. Checked each systems heat exchanger to ensure proper venting of flue gas. Found that the main floor system is corroded and has holes present where it is leaking condensation from the flue. If the heat exchanger can leak condensation then it is able to leak carbon monoxide. Performed an electronic gas leak search. Spoke with homeowner about the syste
