We found TRANE system that had a blinking air code light and that indicates bad pressure switch so we blew air in tubing verified the pressure switch was opening and closing and then ran it through its heating stage to make sure all components are working. and at this time unit is running as should
.
Today the mini-split system that serves the Paster’s office was diagnosed with a low charge. This equipment also recognized this condition and was flashing a low charge error code upon arrival. The system was reset and cycled into both heating and cooling modes without issue. All fans are operating as well as the compressor. A brief leak search was performed and a leak was located at the flare connections with refrigerant oil on the high side flare connection. The Paster’s office is also served by the main supply trunk for the furnace that serves the other offices. The damper was located and opened to supply heat to the office. I explained the repair procedure for this deficiency including the time and materials needed and offered to schedule the repair. At this time they will be contacting the original installer first as this mini-split system is just at one year old. Today I did a full heating maintenance checked amp draws on all working components changed and dated filters took temp splits . And at this time all units working as a should.

5/16/25 - Completed full cooling maintenance on all units. The filters were changed, the coils were washed, and proper operation was tested. Overall, all units were in good condition, they were all running well, and there were no issues found at this time.

During this visit preventative maintenance and heating checks were performed. The bearings, amp draws, flame sensor signals, temperatures, condensation drains and other heating functions were checked for each unit. New filters were installed in all of the units. During todays checks several condensation drains were discovered to be clogged. They were cleaned today. In addition to this several flame sensors were cleaned. The units all passed this inspection. A combustion analysis was performed on the units and the supply ducts were checked for the presence of carbon monoxide. There was no carbon monoxide present in the occupied space and in the supply ducts during todays checks. Thank you Diego and Jon
