Completed furnace maintenance and found severe corrosion from leaking inducer, also found heat exchanger was very rusty. Recommend getting these issues fixed or replacement of the system. Customer was not interested at this time

Arrive to customers for furnace tuneup, and during the inspection we received a high calling static pressure other than that all of the components met within factory specs

Completed cooling maintenance and tested all operations finding static pressure to be high. Tested all outdoor operations and they tested as they should. Did not wash condenser due to hose not working. I found that the water heater was 10 years old and showing signs of failure. Expansion tank was leaking and recommend replacing immediately to prevent flooded basement
