Completed ac inspection. All components tested to manufacture specifications. I recommended a duct cleaning because of how dirty everything is.

Repaired cowl on the system as well as the Ultima. Fixed the fan and the electrical whip and fixed it to the grill so that would not sign into the system. Tested refrigerant levels, and temperature difference. Everything is operating well at this time.

Went over airflow again and double checked static to find it passing in a/c mode

Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set system for cooling. Measured the systems static pressure measured a temperature split between return and supply air. Found that the system is operating with failing static pressure. Set up to have a field supervisor finish the diagnosis on the systems static pressure. Checked interior of the furnace for cleanliness. Went outside and verified refrigerant levels. Verified operation of all electronic and mechanical components. Rinsed coil free of debris. Spoke with homeowner about the system. Air conditioning system is operational at this time.

Determined that when the previous transformer had failed that it also caused a failure in the thermostat. Replace the thermostat, tested all system, functions, air conditioner, and heating are working properly upon departure.

Dispatched for annual AC tuneup. At arrival system is operating. During the tuneup, I checked compressor, fan and capacitor. Also, during the inspection we checked pressures, static pressure, and temperature split. All components of the AC are all operating with manufacturer specs. Arrived for 2 ac tune ups today. Both systems have clean blower wheels. All electrical components are running properly on both. There 22 degree temperature split on both systems. I rinsed the coil on both outdoor units. Both systems are running properly upon departure. Thanks for choosing LBA.
