Went for an out on mini split. System temp split was failing. Checked outdoor unit. Refrigerant charge is low on system and is leaking. Unit will need to be recharged and have leak search to stop the leaks.

Went for an out on system, noticed furnace switch was off and gas. Did inspection heat exchanger does has rust in eye lids noted to customer. As well doing a combustion test does have a reading of 105ppm let customer know of concerns. System is running but yellow tag system.

Found a bad control board with the grounded sensor. Replaced control board, spark igniter and flame sensor. Furnace is operational at departure.

Arrived for gas smell. Found the wire to the igniter was touching metal causing it to not light, but the gas valve would open. Fixed wire, system fired up with no gas smell.

Found a wasps nest in the exhaust for the furnace. I cleared out the nest and tested out furnace after it fired up. Furnace is running within manufacture specifications at departure.

Completed furnace, maintenance and inspection. I cleaned flame sensor and wiped down the furnace. I changed our air filters. I checked all components and amp draws. Furnace is running within manufacturer specifications. I have no concerns with the furnace at this time.

Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set system for cooling. Measured the systems static pressure and measured a temperature split between return and supply air. Checked interior of the furnace for cleanliness. Found that the blower wheel is coated in dust debris. Went outside and verified refrigerant levels. Verified operation of all electronic and mechanical components. Rinsed coil free of debris. Spoke with homeowner about the system. Air conditioning system is operational at this time.

Went for an out on system. Compressor was grounded on system. Did noticed heat stress in heat exchanger as well. Did show customer findings, system is not running before leaving. Supervisor will have solutions for customer.
