Went for an out on system. Filter needed to be replaced reasons for coil to freeze. Will recommend to replace filter monthly. Refrigerant charge is within range bit on the low side. Went for a bug like smell when system is running. Checked refrigerant pressures, system is passing as well for temp split. No signs of smell when system running for ac. System is running properly and found no issues at this time. Thank you for choosing LBA services

Arrived for ac out. Ac is from 1997. It’s low on r-22 refrigerant. The heat exchanger has cracks and holes. My field supervisor is out to discuss options.

Went out for a frozen coil. Checked charge and system is off, did check coil and did a leak search. Found that the coil is leaking causing for system to freeze. We will come out same day to do repair. Have system up and running again. Thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann
