CSR office ( dispatch) The thermostat in the office is working, cycle the AC system a couple times Check the airflow in the ceiling registers three of the four ceilings are fed by the thermostat in the office. The center thermostat is fed from an office three offices down to the west. After checking the outdoor unit, it appeared as if there’s a leak in the system so I added 2 pounds of refrigerant along with some leak seal. When I went back inside, I could hear a faint whistle coming from inside the coil once I opened up the coil box on the leak. Because the system is 14 years old, best step forward would definitely be a new system.
