Reset system and increased fan speed to maximum speed setting.

Arrived to remedy an inoperable system. Upon inspection the system found the high voltage switch was off. Turn this back on and started up like normal. Allowed system to run for a brief period of time. And that the system was skyrocketing in temperatures. Checked blower speeds. Found that the system was set to the lowest speed for heat. Bump this fan speed up three speeds to the factory setting. System is functioning properly at this time.

Arrived for code on thermostat. Code was E79, no power to C wire. Pulled stat off wall and found that thence wore was not fully connected. Connected wire and power is to wire. Thermostat is working properly. System is running and cooling properly. No charge for today. Thanks for choosing LBA.

doing maintenance on an HVAC system, I fixed a flex duct that was coming apart in the garage leading up into the attic. Also left a spare filter and cleaned out the unit. Everything is running great at this time however we had some plumbing questions so I called one of our plumbing supervisors to come out and look at the plumbing. Thank you for choosing LBA! Arrived for ac no cool. Upon arrival there was no power at furnace. I found that the fuse had pooped. I then found a loose wire that had caused the fuse to pop. Tightened wire up, replaced fuse, and system started up. While I was there I did a check on the whole system. All components of the system are running how they should. I cycled system a couple times to make sure it shut down and started as it should. System is running upon departure. Don’t forget to call and sign up for membership! Thanks for choosing LBA.

Arrived for ac check on two systems. Started on main floor system and checked static pressure, it is failing running at twice the max. Blower wheel is dirty. Motor amps were good. There was a 17 degree temperature difference. At the condensing unit pressures and charge were good. Electrical components were good. Coil is rinsed clean. For the upstairs system static is failing running at twice the max. Blower wheel is dirty. Motor amps were good. There is a 14 degree temperature difference. At the condensing unit pressures and charge look good. The capacitor has failed. Unit is rinsed. Declined to replace capacitor today. Systems are running upon departure. Thanks for choosing LBA.

Arrived to remedy a system that is not cooling. Upon inspection of the system found everything operating the way that it should. Connected refrigerant gauges to the system and found that it is low on refrigerant. System could be leaking but homeowner says it has not cool the house since it was installed. System is in need of refrigerant and a leak search.

Went for a service call today. There was no oil leaks on system, just moss growth around the system. Will recommend to get power washed to have removed. No leaks on system and all working well. Thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann

Upon arrival I spoke with Mitch and John. They relayed to me that the condenser’s fan motor is running however the compressor may not be running. What I discovered is that the wire from the common terminal on the capacitor to the contactor was not in position on the contactor and had fallen off. I checked the capacitor then reattached the wire. The condenser returned to normal function. The temp differential was at 16degf with a high humidity load. They had just recently had some mulch laid in around the unit and the thermostat wire inside the unit is wire tied from the factory to the wire that became unattatched. Thank you, Jon

Replacing furnace with properly size furnace we did not install properly last time well I
